With Rajasthan winning the toss and decided to bat first the firey young star opener from Indian Yashasvi Jaiswal played a beautiful knock of 126 of just 62 balls. The opener alone carried the batting innings for the royals carrying them to a spectacular score of 213. The young star had smashed 16 fours and 8 sixes with a healthy strike rate of 200.
Now for Mumbai chasing a massive score of 212 had many many important contributions from their core middle order. This included crucial innings of Cameron green and Suryakumar Yadav playing innings of 44 and 55 respectively. with Mumbai needing almost over 35 runs in the last two overs then came the class of Tim David. Smashing 3 sixes in the first 3 balls of the last over of Jason Holder caried the Mumbai Indians to victory.
